
Christine Broeder, O.D., F.A.A.O.: Optometrist Dr. Christine Broeder worked on her undergraduate studies at University of Missouri-Columbia. There she joined Delta Gamma, a sorority dedicated to helping children with visual impairments. In 1991, she graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. She completed externships in ocular disease, contact lenses and low vision, and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Society for academic excellence. She also participated in an eye care mission to Costa Rica with the Student VOSH group. After graduation, she completed a residency at John Cochran Veterans Administration Hospital in St. Louis, and also participated in research in various eye diseases and contact lens technology. She was accepted into membership in the American Academy of Optometry in 1997.
Dr. Broeder has worked as an eye doctor in a variety of clinical settings and brings this extensive experience to EyeWearhaus. Outside of work, she enjoys ice skating and spending time with her husband and three children.

Dr. Mary Beth Rhomberg is an Associate Clinic Professor, teaching at the University of Missouri - St. Louis College of Optometry. She completed her undergraduate degree at St. Mary's College in Winona, MN, graduating with honors, and her optometric degree at University of Missouri - St. Louis College of Optometry. She graduated from the four year professional program as valedictorian and received numerous awards at graduation. Following graduation, she completed a Family Practice residency at the same college of optometry. Since graduating, she has served as a clinical preceptor and an instructor in optometric labs including disease, low vision, and ophthalmic optics. Dr. Rhomberg has practiced in the areas of cornea and refractive surgery and primary optometric care. She has also served the profession as an associate director in Clinical Care at the American Optometric Association. Dr. Rhomberg has served as the St. Louis Optometric Society president and is active in the Missouri Optometric Association. She is interested in clinical aspects of optometry and the profession of optometry. Her favorite activity, outside of patient care and instructing students, is spending time with her grandchildren.
