My wife and I were both there during my recent visit. Dr. Burghart was thorough and easy to talk to. The exam was comprehensive and she really took the time to dial in my prescription better than anyone in the past. I left feeling confident with the exam and was rewarded with the best vision I’ve had in 20+ years when picking up the frames. And the frame selection! The store is filled with artisan frames from Italy, France, and Japan, among others. A lot of these designers are difficult to find without going to New York or L.A. When talking to Tina, she helped me bring a little more variety to my eyeglass wardrobe collection. I’m a huge J.F. Rey fan, which is why I started going there in the first place, and she had me take a look at Kame Mannen. Those are my daily drivers right now — I absolutely love them. They also carry some more familiar top-end frames like Lindberg, Tom Davies, etc. My wife’s experience was very similar. Tina helped her find a great-looking pair of eyeglasses that were more in the “budget” range since she wasn’t confident she would use them for anything more than driving and reading. The pair may have been budget, but they were very well constructed and had great hinges and hardware — far above the quality you see at chain stores. My wife, being new to both eyeglasses and progressives, was having a difficult time adjusting to them. Both Dr. Burghart and Tina worked one-on-one with her, double-checked prescriptions, and really took the time she needed to learn how to use them. Their patience was amazing. Appointments are preferred so we can give you our full attention, but walk-ins are always welcome. Whether you need an eye exam, frame styling, or a quick repair, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What makes your eyewear different from other optical shops?

We specialize in boutique and independent brands that are not mass produced. About 80–90% of our frames are unique, limited-edition pieces you won’t find at chain retailers—giving you eyewear that’s truly one of a kind.

Do you repair glasses, or do I have to buy new ones?

We believe in taking care of the frames you love. Our team offers expert repairs for adjustments, bent frames, nose pads, and more. We’ll always try to fix your glasses first before suggesting replacements.
